I enjoyed that the reception was lovely. I had decent sized room with a lovely view & l'occtaine toiletries which is a treat. The hotel was close to Bromsgrove as well as Kidderminster theatre thanks to its UNIQUE location. Good experience there.

Nice decor, really accommodating staff, really nice bed. I got free upgrade and loved it. The continental breakfast was delicious, paid gbp 13 per person. Easy check in & the service was efficient. Soft drinks, efficient wifi were a nice surprise.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The location is marvellous, and staff is great. We liked that there was a bathtub. Their barman rocks! The lounge bar was a delightful surprise.
